Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic information to clients, customers, or staff

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software)
