Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide basic information to clients, customers, or staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Nationality: LEBANESE

Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month
