Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred (with experience in same field)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
