This position is for two sister companies: The Lash and Sugar Company and The Lash Professional. The Lash and Sugar Company is the leading lash salon in the valley, and The Lash Professional is a fast-growing e-commerce lash brand.

These two companies are run by highly passionate, motivated women. You name it, we do it. Because our brand is growing at such a fast pace, we are so excited to grow our team! Job Summary:
You will be assisting with packing & shipping orders, along with taking care of salon clients:

• Gather specific products from inventory related to the customer order
• Fold, pack, and properly complete the order by placing the correct shipping label on the package
• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a ready-to-help way
• Keep track of inventory
• Stocking items when we receive shipments
• Assist in maintaining overall office cleanliness for safe and sanitary work conditions.
• Book clients for our four lash salons via telephone and email
• Outreach to new clients
• Communication with artists
• Social Media Interaction
• Turn negative client experiences into positive ones

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail. We understand mistakes happen, but we need those mistakes to be few and far between. No one wants to get the wrong item! So, attention to detail is a must.
• Be able to pack and ship the items as if we did them ourselves. We’ll train you how to, but all of the orders need to be consistently packed in a beautiful and neat manner.
• You must have outstanding customer service skills. We are all about our customers and clients. They are our number one priority.
• Be a team player. We truly believe in teamwork, and we want someone who can work both independently and within a team. This also includes having excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

HOURS: Multiple shifts available
HOURLY PAY: $15.50 per hour
