Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, presentable and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, documents, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and reception area cleanliness.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Perform basic data entry and clerical tasks.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Support office administrative activities
- Assist in attendance and payroll coordination
Requirements:
- Female candidate (Philippine preferred)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
