Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Sharjah
Salary: AED 2,500

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, presentable and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle front office responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, documents, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and reception area cleanliness.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Perform basic data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Support office administrative activities
  • Assist in attendance and payroll coordination

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (Philippine preferred)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
