Central Gardens Post Acute is expanding our team and is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to support our front office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

Position Details

• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Note: Benefits are available for full-time employees only

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support at the front desk. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring all visitors and callers receive a warm, professional, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage visitor sign-in process and facility access

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

• Take and deliver messages accurately and promptly

• Direct guests to the appropriate departments

• Respond to general questions from visitors and callers

• Receive and distribute incoming mail

• Provide general clerical and administrative support

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room use

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times
