Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle appointments, patient registration, and telephone inquiries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Register patients and update records accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital is preferred.
