  • Call Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or take accurate messages.
  • Visitor Management: Welcome guests, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the relevant employee or host.
  • General Inquiries: Respond to queries in-person, via email, or by phone, providing accurate information regarding the business.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Scheduling & Calendars: Book appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy reception area, and monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Clerical Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and preparing documents.
