Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or team members as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services or products offered.

Experience

  • Some experience as a receptionist.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy with experience using office software applications, particularly Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
