Job Description:

Occupational Training Institute LLC. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to support front desk operations while promoting training programs to individual and corporate clients. The role combines customer service, administrative support, and sales responsibilities within a training center environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote the institute’s HSE and training programs to prospective individual and corporate clients.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on training courses, schedules, certifications, and fees.
  • Support administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with training and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including client outreach and course awareness campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or receptionist roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory.
  • Professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach.
  • Sales-driven with ability to meet targets.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage .
