Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized for optimal efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs.
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
