Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
- Maintain the reception area neat and organized at all times
- Maintain the conference rooms clean, organized and stocked (beverages) before and after meeting or events
- Receiving and distributing facsimiles/communications and routing to appropriate personnel.
- Pick-up, sort and distribute the mail to appropriate personnel.
- Order and keep record of all incoming/outgoing mail/packages
- Log , track and maintain parking validation log
- Tracking the postage meter usage and preparing monthly billing allocation
- Maintaining the office supplies, Fedex forms and postage equipment
- Photocopying scanning as requested by different departments
- Organized documents, mass mailing
- Assist other departments, when required
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years receptionist experience a must
- High School Diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing office needs
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Office Outlook is a must

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
