Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
  • Maintain the reception area neat and organized at all times
  • Maintain the conference rooms clean, organized and stocked (beverages) before and after meeting or events
  • Receiving and distributing facsimiles/communications and routing to appropriate personnel.
  • Pick-up, sort and distribute the mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Order and keep record of all incoming/outgoing mail/packages
  • Log , track and maintain parking validation log
  • Tracking the postage meter usage and preparing monthly billing allocation
  • Maintaining the office supplies, Fedex forms and postage equipment
  • Photocopying scanning as requested by different departments
  • Organized documents, mass mailing
  • Assist other departments, when required

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years receptionist experience a must
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing office needs
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Office Outlook is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
