Receptionist

Location: New Castle Upon Tyne Contract

We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our client's team and provide high-level administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, manage the front desk, coordinate boardroom bookings, and handle general office admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
  • Handle mail, couriers, and security passes
  • Maintain schedules and office records
  • Support admin tasks: filing, typing, photocopying, etc.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 year's experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Organised, discreet, and self-motivated
