Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting activities
  • AR follow-up with customers & sales team for timely collections
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Handle petty cash and maintain petty cash records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance records

Candidate Preference

  • Candidates currently residing in Umm Al Quwain or nearby locations preferred
