Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities
- AR follow-up with customers & sales team for timely collections
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Handle petty cash and maintain petty cash records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance records
