Receptionist & Accounts Assistant

An Engineering Consultancy and Interior Design Company in the UAE is looking for a professional Receptionist & Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming clients and handling front desk operations.

* Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments.

* Preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

* Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

* Maintaining office records and administrative documentation.

* Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in reception, administration, or accounting support.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.

* Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or interior design companies is an advantage.

* Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
