Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth functionality.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
