Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome visitors, drivers, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and paper records
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic documentation
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate communication between departments
- Support HR with onboarding tasks (forms, ID badges, etc.) when needed
- Maintain office supplies and ensure front office area stays clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written) — required
