, the development and investment arm of Hassan Allam Holding, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and hospitable front-desk experience.

Answer and direct incoming calls and handle external/internal inquiries promptly.

Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers).

Maintain meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for internal and external meetings.

Monitor and maintain office supplies and handle procurement requests as needed.

Coordinate calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executives or departments.

Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring records are up to date.

Draft, format, and distribute internal communications, letters, memos, and reports.

Support the HR/Admin team with onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., access cards, welcome kits).

Ensure cleanliness and readiness of reception and shared office areas in coordination with facilities.

Handle other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative support.

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
