Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Commercial Laundry Warehouse – La Mirada, CA
We’re seeking a receptionist with strong administrative and customer service skills to support daily operations at a busy commercial laundry facility. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is confident with data entry, invoicing, and MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and support frontoffice operations
- Perform data entry using Excel
- Prepare and send invoices into internal systems
- Print and distribute daily orders and production documents
- Maintain office supply inventory and place replenishment orders
- Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams with professionalism
- Manage email correspondence using Outlook
- Support warehouse and office teams with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong Excel skills: data entry, pivot tables, Vlookups
- Experience with invoicing and entering billing into company systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced warehouse/industrial environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Reliable, organized, and detailoriented
Schedule & Employment Type
- Fulltime schedule (standard 8hour shifts)
- Must be flexible to support business needs
Pay
- $20 -$23 depending on experience
