The Receptionist and Admin Assistant will manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the office. The role includes handling calls and visitors, maintaining records, and assisting the team with routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Assist with preparing basic documents, letters, and data entry in spreadsheets or systems.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and contact lists.
  • Support HR/Accounts/Admin/Sales teams in filing, and other routine tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, courier packages, and general correspondence

Qualification & Skills:

  • Female candidate.
  • High school diploma or above
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office, or admin assistant
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer use.
  • Presentable, polite, and professional with strong customer service skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks.

We are a well-established 25 -year-old, small sized, specialized technical service company based in M9, Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi.
