The Receptionist & Sales Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role is responsible for front desk management, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, customer relationship management, lead coordination, and ensuring high service standards throughout the customer journey.
The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer experience, supporting sales conversions, and maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management
- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room arrangements.
- Coordinate courier, documents, and administrative support activities.
Sales Coordination & Calling
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generated leads.
- Follow up with inquiries received through different communication medium.
- Schedule meetings and project site visits for sales team.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and update CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Prepare daily call reports, inquiry reports, and customer feedback summaries.
- Maintain database of customers, leads, and visitors.
- Assist management in tracking sales inquiries and conversion ratios.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3– 5 years of experience in reception, customer service, tele-calling, or sales coordination.
- Experience in real estate development or property sales preferred.
