Receptionist-(Arabic Female*)

-We are looking for a female receptionist to join our medical center in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations. Candidates must have experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and medical insurance procedures in the UAE healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Register new patients and update existing records accurately in the EMR system.
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Verify insurance coverage, process insurance approvals, and coordinate claims.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash records.
• Support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per clinic requirement).
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a medical or healthcare facility.
• Strong working knowledge of EMR systems (e.g., Cortex, Dok32, etc.).
• Proven experience with medical insurance processes – eligibility verification, approvals, and claims submission.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional appearance and patient-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.

Working Hours:

Full-time, as per UAE labor law and clinic operational schedule (may include weekends or shifts if required).
