We’re Hiring: Receptionist (With Sales Experience)

Capital Avenue Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist with Sales Experience to be the face of our company and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
• Support the sales team by coordinating appointments and leads
• Maintain office organization and administrative tasks
• Assist in client follow-ups and basic sales coordination

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Background in sales or customer service is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
