Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative (healthcare experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle appointments, patient registration, and telephone inquiries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Call, schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Register patients and update records accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital is preferred.
