Role Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented Receptionist with Medical Center experience to join our team. This full time, onsite role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, effective communication, and coordinated patient flow within the medical center.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience as a receptionist in a medical center or hospital

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and respectful approach
• Strong software proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinic softwares
• Familiarity with healthcare approvals and communicating approval status to patients
• Social media management or marketing experience is considered an added bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and messages professionally and efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, approvals, and general inquiries
• Communicate approval status and required information to patients when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized front desk and patient records
• Coordinate closely with all team members to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
