Welcomes clients by greeting them cheerfully in person or on the telephone in answering or referring inquiries.

Directs clients by maintaining employee and department directories and giving them instructions efficiently.

Maintains security by following procedures in gathering patient’s information using their identification card or other reference with confidentiality.

Key in details in the endorsement logbook to ensure that duties are executed completely.

Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

Creates and facilitate client details and service records using computer software according to the request’s form provided, collect process payments according to the Accounts & Finance Department protocol.

Prepares and balances daily financial transactions with in the shift duty hours and submits all forms and fees to the Accounts & Finance Department accordingly.

Completes records, reports and other statistical information for master files/database.

Facilitates the release of reports/results to clients/patients accurately.

Follows ICON Medical Center policy for data retrieval, record keeping, identification, requisition, reporting, charting, and billing procedures.

Maintains positive working relationships among medical and non-medical staffs.

Participates and cooperates in training new receptionists.

Assumes responsibility to resolve client’s problems and reports to his/her Superior or Manager immediately for any unsolved issues.

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Performs any other duties as directed by his/her department head.
