Receptionist at Substance Use Disorder Facility

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Access Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient treatment facility, ensuring efficient and effective patient services, and managing administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to support both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth client flow and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage client records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
  • Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and insurance information.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
  • Client Services:
  • Address client concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and providers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) {Procentive} systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,360.00 per year
