Call Center Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about the clinic’s services.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Update and maintain client information in the database accurately.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
