Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist patients, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Support administrative activities and maintain accurate records.

Call Center Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about the clinic’s services.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Update and maintain client information in the database accurately.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
