Receptionist - Chinese Speaking

Contract: 1 year (renewable)

Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle East


About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join a leading multinational banking client in Dubai. The role combines customer interaction, call handling, and administrative coordination, delivering a seamless front desk experience and supporting daily branch operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Managing front desk operations, including visitor registration, ID verification, and directing guests to the appropriate departments
  • Handling incoming calls, screening and routing inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent communication standards
  • Coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meeting room bookings and setups
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support such as handling mail, courier services, filing, and documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, and security) to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk area in line with banking policies and confidentiality standards


Requirements:

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
  • Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
