About the Role:
We are currently seeking a
Front Desk Receptionist
to join a leading
multinational banking client
in Dubai. The role combines
customer interaction, call handling, and administrative coordination,
delivering a seamless front desk experience and supporting daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

Managing front desk operations, including visitor registration, ID verification, and directing guests to the appropriate departments

Handling incoming calls, screening and routing inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent communication standards

Coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meeting room bookings and setups

Providing day-to-day administrative support such as handling mail, courier services, filing, and documentation

Liaising with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, and security) to ensure smooth office operations

Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk area in line with banking policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements:

Have
2–3 years of experience
in receptionist or administrative roles

Possess strong communication and customer service skills

Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
