This role is a mix of client relations, sales, and administrative support, with the expectation that you step in, stay organized, and help keep everything running smoothly. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.
You will work closely with the office team, trainers, and leadership to maintain a high level of customer experience while supporting the day-to-day needs of the facility.
This position also offers growth opportunities to assist with basic dog training and participate in dog evaluations over time.
This role blends:

Your Role includes: Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet clients in person and manage lobby flow professionally
- Answer calls, texts, and messages with clarity and confidence
- Guide clients through services (daycare, boarding, training) with commission opportunities available. Commission is earned at 1.5% of the total price for any training program that is successfully closed.
- Ensure every client interaction creates a positive experience by being organized, welcoming, and intentional
Client Coordination & Sales Support
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
- Help clients understand training programs and next steps
- Support booking of evaluations and services
- Handle incoming sales calls with a help-first, no-pressure approach
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office tasks such as organizing materials, tracking supplies, and handling basic records
- Support staff scheduling coordination and ensure information is accurate across the team
- Help prepare marketing materials, client handouts, and internal resources
- Assist with communication between clients and team members (notes, updates, follow-ups)
Facility & Team Support
- Maintain lobby organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Support team during busy periods
- Support events, client touchpoints, and small projects as needed
- Assist with small operational tasks and daily needs
- Occasionally assist with light dog handling (when needed)
Marketing & Communication Support
- Assist with social media content planning and engagement
- Help respond to reviews and maintain online presence
- Support local networking and relationship-building efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Genuinely passionate about helping both dogs and people.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Team-oriented and values integrity at work place and respect towards co-workers and clients
- Experience in an office, customer service, or dog-related facility is a plus
- Comfortable working around dogs
What You’ll Get
- $19/hour starting pay
- 1.5% commission on training program sales. We are a no pressure sales team! We are simply here to help leads understand which training program will help their dog the most and why.)
