Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management – Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
Appointment Scheduling – Manage client bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups.
Administrative Support – Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage office correspondence.
Client Assistance – Provide essential information to clients about services and procedures.
Billing & Payment Handling – Process invoices, receipts, and track payments.
Inventory & Office Supplies – Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Coordination with Staff – Assist psychologists and management in daily operations.
File & Document Management – Maintain confidentiality and organize client records.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1+ years in a receptionist/admin role (healthcare experience preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email handling, and scheduling software.
Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
