Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Admin to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English
- Coordinate showroom appointments, test drives, and customer visits
- Maintain reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in handling customer records, CRM updates, and reports
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
- Manage office supplies and support general office operations
- Handle courier services and internal correspondence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in automotive industry)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable, well-organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a car dealership or automotive showroom
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Immediate availability is an advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
