Receptionist cum Admin

We are looking for a professional and friendly Female Receptionist cum Admin to manage our front desk and support administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls — answer, screen, and direct calls efficiently.
  • Handle front‑desk operations and maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
  • Release cheques to customers and maintain proper records.
  • Receive and verify invoices and ensure accurate logging.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Raise purchase requests for pantry and stationery items (SAGE MR).
  • Track and update utilities including ENOC, Etisalat, DU, DEWA, and SALIK.
  • Update daily labour attendance and coordinate with site teams for OT, absences, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate PRO‑related tasks and support PR/admin documentation.
  • Maintain attendance logs and employee records.
  • Monitor company license renewals and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with site teams to confirm overtime, absences, and attendance issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years UAE experience mandatory, CVs with no UAE experience is not considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

  • Female Candidate preferred
  • Experience in UAE is a plus
  • Immediate joiners preferred
