- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle courier services
- Maintain visitor logs
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry and document preparation
- Assist HR or Admin teams with routine tasks when required
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
