Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle office correspondence efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize office documents and records
- Assist in daily administrative operations and coordination between departments
- Support HR and management with documentation and scheduling tasks
