Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Location: Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and handle office correspondence efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize office documents and records
  • Assist in daily administrative operations and coordination between departments
  • Support HR and management with documentation and scheduling tasks
