We are seeking a well-presented and organized Reception cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage reception area and maintain a tidy, presentable environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, filing, and coordination tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and update company records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff meetings, and other administrative activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in the UAE).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: [AED 3000 – 3500 per month, depending on experience]
  • Benefits: [As per UAE Labour Law – Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave, Air Ticket, etc.]

Contract length: 24 months
