Designation: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant | Karachi

Shift Timings: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Wednesday off)

Office Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5

The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

Front Desk & Customer Service:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments.
  • Make outbound/follow-up calls to customers/students
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper check-in/check-out protocols.
  • Handle front desk emails and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about company services, programs, and schedules.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Support in maintaining records, files, and administrative databases.
  • Assist in documentation, attendance, and scheduling tasks.

Operational Assistance:

  • Support management in organizing events, sessions, and meetings.
  • Maintain coordination with trainers, staff, and students/clients for daily operations.
  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and administrative summaries as needed.
  • Assist in handling minor IT or facility-related issues by coordinating with vendors.

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

  • Graduation (Male/Female Fresh Graduates can also Apply)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
