Job Description

We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken Female Receptionist Cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately
  • Manage visitor entry and maintain visitor records
  • Office Administration
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Manage office stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Support day-to-day office management activities
  • Administrative & HR Support
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and documents
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Prepare basic documentation, data entry, and filing
  • Provide support to HR and Admin departments as required
  • Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
