Job Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
* Answer phone calls and direct calls to concerned departments
* Maintain visitor records and office documentation
* Keep reception area neat, organized, and presentable
* Perform cleaning of office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms
* Ensure cleaning supplies are available and properly maintained
* Serve tea/coffee to guests when required
* Support admin team with basic office tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception, office assistance, or cleaning preferred
* Basic English communication skills
* Good attitude and professional appearance
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Immediate joiners preferred
