Job Title: Receptionist cum Community Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Community Lead to manage front-desk operations while fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for members, clients, visitors, and tenants. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in building a vibrant community through communication, events, and member engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and members professionally and courteously.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain reception and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and manage booking systems.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
  • Communicate with clients

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
