Job Title: Receptionist cum Community Lead
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Community Lead to manage front-desk operations while fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for members, clients, visitors, and tenants. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in building a vibrant community through communication, events, and member engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and members professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain reception and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Schedule meeting rooms and manage booking systems.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
- Communicate with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
