Receptionist cum Junior Accountant

An experienced professional with a background in both reception and accounting. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Junior Accountant, with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years in Accounts
  • Proven experience in a receptionist role
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a must
  • Solid knowledge of MS-Excel & other MS-office applications
  • Experience in filing VAT is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Recording financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Managing and organizing company documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensuring that documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored for easy retrieval.
