Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- INSURANCE APPROVALS
- PATIENT CONVERSIONS for COSMETIC PROCEDURES AND DENTAL PROCEDURES
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator in a medical or healthcare setting (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- LEADERSHIP QUALITY
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
