Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • INSURANCE APPROVALS
  • PATIENT CONVERSIONS for COSMETIC PROCEDURES AND DENTAL PROCEDURES
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator in a medical or healthcare setting (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • LEADERSHIP QUALITY
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
