Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk reception duties and welcoming guests/clients
- Providing personal assistance support to senior management
- Handling property-related coordination and documentation
- Managing utility bill tracking, payments follow-up, and record maintenance
- Assisting with travel arrangements including ticket booking and itinerary planning
- Handling phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
- Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors/service providers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, PA, or administrative assistant
- Strong exposure to property management coordination is an advantage
- Experience in utility bill handling and travel/ticket booking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
