Job Title: Receptionist Cum Personal Secretary (Tagalog Speaker –)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist Cum Personal Secretary who is fluent in Tagalog and English and has experience in ISO documentation and administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, executive support, and maintaining proper documentation as per ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Office

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk register
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordination

Personal Secretary Duties

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence

ISO & Documentation

  • Maintain and update ISO-related documents and records
  • Ensure proper filing and document control as per ISO standards
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with departments for document collection and updates

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office files and records systematically
  • Coordinate with PRO, HR, and other departments
  • Assist in preparing reports and official documents
  • Ensure office supplies and general administration tasks

Requirements

  • Fluent in Tagalog and English (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist / Secretary / Admin role
  • Knowledge or experience in ISO documentation and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in UAE (preferred)
  • Experience in engineering/construction company (advantage)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
