Receptionist Cum Phlebotomist (Abbottabad Branch)

Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist Cum Phlebotomist to join our Abbottabad Branch.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in patient dealing, reception management, blood collection (Adult & Pediatrics), and laboratory sample handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients professionally at the reception
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and billing
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Collect blood and other biological samples following standard phlebotomy protocols
• Ensure accurate sample labeling, documentation, and handling
• Coordinate with laboratory staff for smooth workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the collection area
• Follow quality assurance, infection control, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy, MLT, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in both reception/front desk operations and phlebotomy
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge is essential
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Candidates residing in or near Abbottabad will be preferred
