Receptionist cum Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:
- Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries.
- Schedule appointments & meetings as per MD availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Monitor inventory and supplies (e.g., brochures, towels, forms) and report shortages.
Sales Assistance
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or SMS.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new members.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospects, conversions, and consultations.
- Provide exceptional post-signup support and onboarding to new members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or front desk software is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is a plus.
