Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Handle visitor sign-ins and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency with phone systems, office equipment, and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle pressure during busy periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
