Job Title: Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges.
  • Support HR/Administration departments with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Staff.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone systems).
