Receptionist Cum Secretary (With Social Media Handling Experience) - Female only

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist Cum Secretary who can manage front office operations and support administrative tasks, along with handling the company’s social media platforms.

Preferred: Female (Own or Sponsor Visa)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area and handle incoming calls/emails
  • Schedule appointments and support daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare basic documents and maintain records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and staff / Assist management with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage and post content on company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and post regular content (photos, reels, updates) / Assist in basic content creation and promotions
  • Respond to social media inquiries professionally and Monitor engagement and support marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content posting
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable, organized, and multitasking ability
