We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist Cum Secretary who can manage front office operations and support administrative tasks, along with handling the company’s social media platforms.
Preferred: Female (Own or Sponsor Visa)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area and handle incoming calls/emails
- Schedule appointments and support daily administrative tasks
- Prepare basic documents and maintain records
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and staff / Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Manage and post content on company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and post regular content (photos, reels, updates) / Assist in basic content creation and promotions
- Respond to social media inquiries professionally and Monitor engagement and support marketing activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content posting
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable, organized, and multitasking ability
