Role Summary

Happys Appliances is seeking an extremely organized, friendly, fast-paced Receptionist to become the communication hub of our company.

This role is responsible for handling inbound phone calls, directing customers to the proper departments, documenting issues, tracking trends, and helping maintain operational organization across multiple locations. This is NOT a passive receptionist role. We are looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, professional under pressure, and highly organized.The right person will help management identify operational issues, improve customer experience, and increase accountability throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route inbound phone calls
  • Document customer concerns accurately
  • Track calls, issues, and trends in spreadsheets/software
  • Identify recurring operational problems
  • Assist customer service team during busy periods
  • Monitor unresolved customer cases
  • Ensure calls and issues are routed correctly
  • Maintain organized records and communication logs
  • Support multiple departments simultaneously
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
