Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to interact confidently with a broad range of customers. The ideal candidate will maintain a polished, composed demeanor, while bringing a high-energy and friendly approach to daily interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally
• Greet and assist customers in person in a courteous, high-energy, and friendly manner
• Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining a high standard of service
• Prepare and process customer quotes and contracts with accuracy
• Handle boat registrations and fishing license applications in compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is completed with a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate with internal team members to support daily operations and customer needs

• Take dictation and produce clear, professional emails

• Experience with administrative tasks, data entry, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with boating or licensing processes is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
